NEW DELHI: Team India, led by Rohit Sharma, are gearing up to take on their arch-rivals Pakistan on Saturday in Pallekele. In anticipation of the intense showdown, the members of Indian cricket team engaged in a photo session on Friday.
The atmosphere among the Team India players was filled with joy and camaraderie. Alongside the photoshoot, there were delightful exchanges of banter and laughter.
BCCI on Friday shared a video on X (formerly known as Twitter) that captured the fun moments.
“Lights, camera, action. Snippets from Team India’s headshot session ahead of IND vs AUS Test series!,” BCCI tweeted.
India's young wicketkeeper-batsman Ishan Kishan was seen teasing Shubman Gill during the video shoot.
"Hass bhi le thoda, Gussa hai kya? Acche se has na, sharma mat (Laugh a bit, are you angry? Laugh heartily, don't be shy)" Ishan said in the video.
Apart from Ishan and Shubman, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Mohd. Siraj, Axar Patel, Ravindra Jadeja, Shardul Thakur, Mohd Shami, Jasprit Bumrah and other Team India players were part of the video shoot.
