Ashton Kutcher thought wife Mila Kunis was secretly watching porn while he slept

Mila Kunis has revealed that her husband Ashton Kutcher was left dumbfounded when he woke up to find her "watching porn".

The That 70s Show star was actually binge-watching Bridgerton on Netflix while her husband slept soundly next to her.

But when he woke up right in the midst of one one the period drama's steamy sex scenes, he was convinced he'd caught his wife trying to secretly watch some pornography.

Family Guy star Mila said on Today with Hoda and Jenna: "So I’m on episode five for anyone who’s seen it, y’all are aware what happens in episode five."

Pointing out that she's usually asleep by 9.30pm, Mila, 37, added: "Last night, I clearly stayed up until midnight. I was like, 'What’s happening in this show?'

"[Ashton’s] dead asleep, wakes up in the peak of the fifth episode and this is a TMI, but he literally goes, 'Are you watching a porno?' He was so confused."

Ashton, 42, jumped in: "She’s watching in the middle of the night, and I didn’t know what was going on. I was like, 'Is there someone else in the bed?' It was terrifying!"

Mila said: "I was like, 'Shhh, quiet, this is a wedding!'"

And Ashton joked: "You're cheating on me with this show."

She was watching Bridgerton (Netflix)

Netflix has announced that Bridgerton broke records as its most-watched series ever after more than 82 million households sat down to watch it.

Bridgerton has become a huge success, and the stars are absolutely thrilled.

Phoebe Dynevor, who plays Daphne Bridgerton, posted on social media: "This is utterly insane. I'm SO proud of the incredible team behind this show! And thank you guys for loving it. MADNESS.."

Rege-Jean Page, who stars as Duke of Hastings, penned: "8 2 M I L L I O N. With love. From all of us. To all of you."

Jinny Howe, vice president of original series at Netflix, said: "Bridgerton, like The Queen's Gambit, defies tradition, and demonstrates that period dramas are not limited in scope or audience.

"The show is a fictional portrayal of London in 1813 that lifts that facade of Regency life.

"It's designed to be more lavish, sexier and funnier than the standard period drama – and that's what so surprised and delighted our members."

It's said the show has entered the top 10 in popularity rankings in every country except Japan.

It's reached the number one spot in 83 countries, including the UK.
