Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis deny they've split in hilarious way

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis want you to know they've not split up, and have denied the rumours in the best way.

Reports surfaced this week that their four-year marriage is over, claiming Mila, 35, called it a day after a "dark secret" came out about her husband, 41.

But the couple took to Instagram to poke fun at the reports, discussing the split as if it was news to them.

Sitting in the front of their car, Mila showed Ashton the In Touch Weekly magazine cover on her phone.

"Babe what's happening, what's going on?" he asked her in mock panic.

"It's over between us," Mila responded.

Pretending to be concerned, he fired back: "Oh my god, what are we going to do?"

Mila said she "felt suffocated" by him, echoing the magazine's claims.

He responded: "You feel suffocated by me? Oh I was just so overbearing, wasn't I? What else is going on?"

She then joked that she took their two children Wyatt, four, and Dimitri, two, when she left him.

"Oh you took the kids, I don't get the kids anymore?" Ashton said.

Mila responded: "You had a very dark secret exposed."

"Oh my god, what was the secret? It must have been very dark," he joked.

He was married to Demi Moore from 2005 until 2012, who is 15 years his senior.

Mila was previously in a relationship with Macaulay Culkin from 2002 until 2011.
