Ashley Tisdale confessed she doesn't feel comfortable with her post-baby body.
It's nearing three months since she welcomed her daughter Jupiter Iris into the world in late March.
On her lifestyle website Frenshe, the High School Musical actress divulged her feelings in a post titled "Getting real about my body after baby".
Ashley told her fans she had "worked my butt off" with hiking, pilates and riding on her Peloton following the birth.
Despite all her gruelling efforts, the TV star admitted she still doesn't feel comfortable with her body and said it takes time to lose the baby weight.

She wrote: "I’ve worked my butt off. Whether it’s hiking, pilates, riding on my Peloton, and yet, I still don’t feel comfortable in my body.
"Yes, I started to fit into some jeans again, but not the size I was wearing before. Everyone keeps saying that it takes time—it takes time growing the baby and it takes time losing the baby weight. And you know what? That’s the truth."
Her passionate blog post was accompanied with a candid snap from her own personal postpartum journey where Ashley looked fantastic.
Stars from all walks of showbiz share their picture-perfect lifestyles on Instagram, just like Ashley with her 13.6million followers to please.

However, the mum admitted Instagram has really "f***ed" with her head because many models and influencers have "bounced back" after having their baby.
She explained: "I feel like this post is for everyone who looks in the mirror and thinks they should look better, especially after just having a baby. Instagram can really f*** with your head…like really f*** with your head.
"There are so many models and influencers that I’ve compared my own personal journey in “bouncing back” to. And then, I’m like wait they just had a baby and they look like that??"
Ashley was reassured her two mum friends who had just had babies were saying how "great" she looked while at home she felt "I could look better".

It was a lightbulb moment for the star as she realised people can't compare their bodies to each other as everyone has different journeys after having a baby.
In the impassioned blog, the actress told fans to stop thinking, "You're not good enough, you could look better".
Ashley urged her following to be kind to themselves and fill themselves up with love.
She finished her blog with the words: "The bottom line: be kind to yourself and fill yourself up with love. It’s okay to set a goal and be inspired by others, but we should all truly love ourselves and our bodies in every season.

"It’s easier said than done and I know there have been stages in my pregnancy where I have felt uncomfortable. I’m still dealing with plantar fasciitis, but even I’m working on not comparing myself to others and their post-baby journeys. Love yourself first!"
Ashley has been happily married to Christopher French since 2014.
After six years of marriage, the couple decided they wanted to have a baby last year and now they have become parents.
