Ashley Roberts has done very little to shut down speculation that she is one of the hidden celebrities on The Masked Singer.
The Pussycat Dolls star, 38, acted shifty when she was grilled during an appearance on Heart Radio on Wednesday morning from hosts Amanda Holden and Jamie Theakston.
Quizzing her on whether she had been involved with the ITV singing show, the pop singer tried to avoid the question and said she 'didn't know' who Daisy - the character she has been linked to - was.
"I mean I’ve had a crazy busy schedule lately," she said on the airwaves.
The pretty star continued: "I love a costume. I mean, you know I do like to have a little dress up."
"I don’t know who it is. I really don’t."
Hardly squashing rumours, she added: "I don’t know who it is though. I mean, I’m not sure, so yeah… Anyways, shall I get back to some showbiz stuff."
It comes after Sunday evening's episode of The Masked Singer saw Daisy perform.
Shortly after the pitch perfect performance TV viewers took to Twitter to share their theory that Ashley was hidden in the flower costume.
One viewer wrote: "Ashley Roberts is the Daisy #MaskedSinger #itv."
Another mused: " #MaskedSinger I reckon Daisy is Ashley Roberts or whatever her name is. The one out of Pussycat Dolls."
"The daisy, when she speaks, does actually sound like Lindsay Lohan! But it could be Ashley Roberts #MaskedSinger " and "The VT made me think Daisy was Ashley Roberts; now I’m not so sure #MaskedSinger ", added others.
