Ashley James posed completely naked and cradled her baby son as she revealed the realities of motherhood to her fans.
The doting new mum, 34, who gave birth to her first child Alfie in January, took to her Instagram on Thursday to share an inspiring post with other mums.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star joked about being "unwashed and completely starkers" in a mirror selfie with her little one.
She has been sharing her honest experiences with becoming a first-time parent online, and fans are loving it.
This evening was no different as Ashley put up a nude photo to her page, with the caption: "Shout-out to all the mums with immaculately clean and dressed babies walking around unwashed and completely starkers."
Her 12-week-old son cuddled into her stomach and shielded her nudity from view.
"I see you. My people," she added.
In response, fellow celebs flocked to the comments section.
Reality star Charlotte Dawson wrote: "Me," with a laughing face.
"I can relate daily!" another person shared.
And a third added: "I'm doing exactly the same thing!!!"
Ashley recently flaunted her post-baby body in a black bikini while soaking up the sun in her garden.
The gorgeous snap was taken just 11 weeks after she gave birth, with the star claiming "we deserve to enjoy ourselves".
She was later quizzed by a fan if she had returned to her pre-pregnancy weight.
Ashley replied: "I don't think I've weighed myself since I was 23. I'm 33 now. So I couldn't tell you.
"But I'm not able to fit in the clothes I was wearing pre pregnancy and I'm cool with that.
"I just bought some bigger clothes. My body grew an entire baby and my happiness doesn't depend on me being a certain size."
