Ashley Greene writes emails to her toddler

Ashley Greene writes messages to her daughter

Ashley Greene emails letters to her three-year-old daughter.

The 38-year-old actress has Kingsley Rainn with her husband Paul Khoury, and Ashley has revealed that she's found a way of preserving memories for her daughter.

The Hollywood star told People: "The most recent one was that everyone who meets you says you have the biggest personality, which I just love so much because I was a really shy child."

Ashley also loves that her daughter's personality is emerging and evolving all the time.

The actress - who has been married to Paul since 2018 - explained: "She is so authentically herself, and I think a lot of that she gets from her dad.

"But she's so funny, man. And she 1,000 percent knows what she wants and how to get it. And I think it's such a beautiful ... If I can continue to harness that, but keep her kindness, I think she will be set up for success."

Ashley also shared her family's plans for Halloween.

She said: "This will give you insight on my child. She wants to be Gargamel. I was like, 'Okay, cool, Smurfs. What do you want to be? Do you want to be Smurfette?' And she was like, 'No, I want to be Gargamel.' So I had to have a costume made for her."

Meanwhile, Ashley previously admitted to feeling like an "alien" after she gave birth.

Discussing her post-pregnancy fitness routine, Ashley told E! News: "I just had the goal of wanting to feel connected and like myself again.

"I felt like I was an alien in my own body for awhile. And I really wanted to feel like I had control again."

Although Ashley wanted to reclaim her pre-pregnancy figure, she didn't want to rush the process.

She said: "Would I like everything to be hard again and there to be no jiggle when I jump? Sure.

"But I'll probably get there in a year, versus saying, 'In three months I'm going to be back to where I was.' I think that's another key factor, is not putting an unrealistic expectation on things."
