The Blues are yet to get a goal from a corner, the only set-piece strike so far coming when Conor Coady finished from an Amadou Onana knockdown from a free-kick at Southampton.

Everton hit by FA fine following Crystal Palace incident

Everton have been fined £20,000 by the Football Association after being charged with 'failing to ensure that their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion' during the Premier League game at home to Crystal Palace in October.

The Toffees and Palace were both charged with a breach of FA Rule E20.1 for an incident that occurred in the 69th minute of what was an eventual 3-0 win for Frank Lampard's side. Patrick Vieira's team have subsequently been fined £40,000 for their role in the incident.

An FA statement read: "Everton FC and Crystal Palace FC have been fined £20,000 and £40,000 respectively for failing to ensure that their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the 69th minute of their Premier League game on Saturday 22 October 2022.
