Ashley Cain’s girlfriend has spoken out about the death of their baby girl - telling fans she struggles to get out of bed.

The Ex On The Beach star, 30, and his partner Safiyya Vorajee, 35, announced last week their eight-month-old daughter, Azaylia Diamond Cain, had passed away from acute myeloid leukaemia.

Speaking to her fans on Instagram, Safiyya, who works as a beautician, described the pain she feels when she wakes up and realises Azaylia is not by her side.

She wrote: “Trying to get myself out of bed in the morning has never felt so hard. The pain that hits me when my eyes open is unbearable, I just want this all to have been a dream. I miss you Azaylia.”

The baby girl, who was diagnosed when she was just eight weeks old, had previously endured four rounds of chemotherapy.

Although, the couple had raised more than £1.5 million to fund a trip to Singapore for a life-saving transplant, doctors discovered tumours throughout her body and she went into a full relapse.

In another post posted on Friday, Safiyya uploaded a picture of herself cuddling Azaylia and said: “1 week ago this was all happening. You are so incredible Azaylia, you have changed my life.

“Honestly I feel so proud of you, I am lost without you but I know you’re with me close all the time.”
