Ashley Cain making every day count with brave daughter Azaylia amid terminal diagnosis

Ashley Cain said he was making every day count as he shared a tender moment with his brave baby daughter Azaylia.

The 30-year-old reality star and his partner Safiyya have continued to share updates as their eight-month-old daughter continues to surprise them despite the heartbreaking circumstances.

His latest update came after the couple revealed that Azaylia might have just days to live amid her brave cancer battle.

Taking to social media on Friday, the proud dad shared a collection of heartwarming pictures as he snoozed alongside his tot.

While he admitted that there hadn't been as much playtime recently, Ashley added that there had been plenty of snuggles instead.

"Morning - Don’t count the days, make the days count," he told his fans.

"Truth be told, there’s not so much playtime right now but we make up for it with naps and lots of snuggles. Pretty much anything that makes her the happiest and most settled."

He added: "We have always been like two pees in a pod and wherever she is I’m not far away. I think that’s where we both feel most comfortable.

"Truly blessed for another day with you baby, keep surprising us!"

Azaylia has been struggling with a rare form of leukaemia throughout her short life, and her parents were recently delivered the heartbreaking news from medics that there was no further treatment available.

The couple has been able to take their baby daughter home where they have supported her while her condition continues to deteriorate.

Just one day ago, Ashley's partner also revealed that Azaylia had eaten for the first time in two weeks as they welcomed lots of family members to keep her company.

She also shared a collection of videos of her loved ones dancing with Azaylia in their arms in a touching moment.

Today Safiyya also explained to her followers that her daughter had been struggling to open her eyes and so they have been advised to use a cold compress to help Azaylia see better.

The family have been inundated with support from across the globe amid the heartbreaking circumstances.
