Ashley Cain has admitted he's barely sleeping and can't relax for "a single second" as his baby daughter Azaylia battles leukaemia.
The former Ex On The Beach star, 30, welcomed his little girl with girlfriend Safiyya Vorajee in August and she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of the disease when she was just eight weeks old.
Ashley and Safiyya's family have been raising money to allow Azaylia to get specialist treatment in Singapore, and the telly star has admitted he's going through hell.
In his latest Instagram post, Ashley told fans he's suffering from lack of sleep and is plagued by "worry and fear".
He wrote: "With 3 hours sleep in 2 days, the reality is that, there are no days off on this journey, no time out periods and no single second without worry or fear.
"If you asked me a year ago, I would’ve never imagined how strong I could or would have to be. That being said, you never really know how strong you are, until being strong is your only option."
He explained Azaylia had undergone a lumbar puncture - also known as a spinal tap - and doctors found "blasts of leukemia forming in her Cerebrospinal fluid" which means the disease could make its way to her brain.
She's now undergoing another form of chemotherapy in a bid to save her.
The family launched a fundraiser to raise enough money to allow Azaylia to receive a specialist treatment and admitted they would need in excess of £1 million to make it happen.
Generous fans and celebrities including Molly-Mae Hague and Kate Ferdinand flocked to the Gofundme page to hand over their cash and the've raised more than £1.5 million so far.
A post on the page explained: "The ONLY option to save Azaylia's life is to fly to Singapore for CAR-T therapy plus a haplo transplant, for a minimum period of 1 year.
"Because of the aggressiveness of Azaylia's disease, we don’t have time on our side and we may have to fly out within a matter of weeks.
"This treatment and associated expenses will be in excess of 1 million pounds with an initial deposit of £500,000 just to be accepted into the hospital and onto the program.
"Azaylia is such a strong little girl who has fought through every near impossible battle so far and she has done it all with love in her heart and a smile on her face!"
