Ashley Banjo gives insight into parenting chores with baby shopping spree

Ashley Banjo is really getting into the swing of being a father - mastering the art of shopping for baby clothes and late night feeding sessions.

The 30-year-old Britain’s Got Talent star became a first time dad in February when his wife, Francesca Abbott, gave birth to their daughter, Rose.

Ever since, the 6ft 6inch dance hunk has been getting to grips with nappies and parenting duties - and seems to be truly revelling in the challenge.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, the TV and dance star shared his delight at picking out tiny costumes for his baby girl - and gave fans an insight into the challenges that parenting has presented.

“OK... So my shopping trips look a little bit different nowadays,” he joked on Instagram as he shared a photo of himself in a branch of Mothercare with arms full of baby clothing.

And over on Instagram Stories, he proved he is very much a hands on dad as he gave a run down of some of the late night parenting chores he has embraced.

“First of the night time feeds, burps, changes, and general baby entertaining,” he wrote as he shared a snap of his tiny daughter.

He added that his wife Francesca had taken over the duties at 2am - while adding a laughing, but sweaty, emoji and a big green tick.

Ashley shared news of the arrival of his firstborn last month by posting a gushing tribute to his wife and daughter on Instagram.

“Her name is Rose Adura Banjo. I am in the deepest love ever with my little family,” he wrote as he shared a snap of himself with the two women in his life.

He added: ”️@francescabanjo I love you and am so proud #nextchapter.”
