Ashgill Road in the north of Glasgow is to be closed next week to facilitate roadworks.
Carriageway surfacing works will take place from 9am - 5pm every day from tomorrow (Sunday) until Thursday.
Glasgow City Council confirmed the move to close the eastbound section of road and say diversions will be in place along Ashfield Street, Hawthorn Street, Springburn Road and Colston Road.
The council's Traffic Control and Management team (TRAFFCOM) advised: "Carriageway surfacing works will be carried out on Ashgill Road - Ashfield Street to No 243. The road will be closed Eastbound.
"The works will take place from 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs from Sunday 11th April 2021 to Thursday 15th April 2021.
"DIVERSIONS: Ashfield Street- Hawthorn Street- Springburn Road- Colston Road."
