We've only just entered November, but the Christmas countdown is in full swing as multiple retailers launched their Christmas adverts this week.
John Lewis recent launched their highly anticipated festive advert this week, and now one of the countries biggest supermarkets has joined in.
Asda are the latest to launch their Christmas Advert for this year and it's bringing customer's to the ice rink, the Manchester Evening News reports.
The minute long ad, titled "Asda On Ice", will premier across TVs later this evening and this year seen the supermarket get a little bit of help from three time Dancing On Ice Winner Daniel Whiston.
The touching advert is set to the Bolero - the ice dancing classic made world-famous by Torvill and Dean’s 1984 Winter Olympics routine - and it focuses on a family trip to the supermarket.

During the advert, the family glide through a series of magical moments, including a Christmas play and an office party, as Asda says the wanted this year's advert to focus on the "little moments" that we missed last Christmas.
Meghan Farren, chief customer officer at Asda, said: “This year our Christmas campaign is about celebrating all the moments that make Christmas special, and showcasing the amazing quality and range of products our customers can enjoy throughout the festive season.
"We didn’t just miss the opportunity to enjoy Christmas dinner together last year – we missed the school plays and the work nights out. This year we want to help our customers make every moment spectacular.

"‘Asda on Ice’ takes everyday moments and turns them into a beautiful performance – and that is just the kind of magic we want to bring our customers this year.”
The advert also champions Asda's festive food range for 2021 - as a young boy dressed up as one of their festive Chocolate Orange Baubles features during the play. The range also boasts special ham and rarebit spoons.
The advert was choreographed by Dancing on Ice champion Whiston, who is also the current associate creative designer.
"Asda on Ice" premiered at 8:15pm on ITV on Thursday.
