Asda, Tesco, Morrisons and Lidl issue urgent recalls on food including burgers and chocolate bars

Safety concerns have been raised over a number of food products available in UK supermarkets. If you have any of the items below, the Food Standards Agency is urging you to return them as soon as possible to the store concerned.

The product warnings relate to Morrisons, Asda, Tesco and Lidl. They include fruit, burgers, chocolate bars, pancakes, lasagne sauce and fish.

The Food Standards Agency said one of the products may contain salmonella while two others could have Listeria monocytogenes. Another is being pulled from the shelves due to a possible microbiological contamination risk following a production fault while Hepatitis A has been found in another product.
