The start of the school holidays may only have just officially started, but that hasn’t stopped Asda from dropping huge discounts on clothing items for next term.
While Nicola Sturgeon remains optimistic that Scottish schools will welcome the return of pupils on August 11, there’s still a chance that date may change.
But that isn’t stopping parents from snapping up bargains on next year’s school uniform essentials as many shops and supermarkets are currently offering incredible discounts, with prices as low as £1.
One bargain hunter spotted the discount at George at Asda and shared pictures of the sale rail on the popular Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group with the caption: “Asda has kids uniform prices down to £1.”
The post has already racked up 3.8k likes and stacks of positive comments with many members sharing the post with friends and parents.
One member responded: “I’ll have to go have a look.”
While another tagged a pal saying: “Trip to Asda?”
And the reply read: Needed!”
If you aren’t lucky enough to live near an Asda with a George section - don’t panic as their website has plenty of school uniform styles at low prices, reports Mirror Online.
