Shoppers were among people caught up in a two-car smash this morning as police were called to the scene of a crash outside an Asda superstore.
The A562 Hillfoot Avenue in Hunts Cross was blocked off for more than hour after a Fiat 500 and a Infiniti Q30 were involved in the crash around 10am.
The smash happened close to the Asda superstore at Hunts Cross Shopping Centre and sparked tailbacks while emergency services attended the scene.

Pictures from the scene show the Infiniti Q30 being loaded onto a recovery vehicle.
Thankfully Merseyside Police said it appeared nobody was seriously injured in the crash which saw buses diverted.
A spokesperson said: "We were called to a two car collision involving a Fiat 500 and a Infiniti Q30 just after 10am
"There is no suggestion of any serious injuries. Vehicles are being recovered."
North West Ambulance Service said an ambulance was not required.
Arriva North West warned passengers in a tweet at 10.25am: Service Update at 10:25: Due to RTC (road traffic collision) by Asda Hunts Cross #Liverpool service 81 is diverting via Woodend Avenue in both directions."
And travel monitors INRIX said: "A562 Hillfoot Avenue partially blocked, queueing traffic due to accident at Hunts Cross Shopping Park."
However as of 11.10am the road was fully open again.
