Asda is set to give 103,000 of its employees a bonus for their 'hard work and determination'.
The supermarket chain confirmed its staff would share a £27.8million bonus pot in their February pay packets.
How much each employee gets will vary, but the average hourly-paid full time worker will get £413, while the average figure for all hourly-paid store colleagues is £269.

All hourly-paid staff in the store are rewarded upon passing their three-month probationary period by being entered into a rewards scheme.
They also get 10% off shopping in store and online, a company pension scheme and discounts on services and activities.
The store said it "remains the only supermarket to offer hourly-paid store colleagues a bonus scheme once they have completed a three-month probationary period."
Asda people director, Hayley Tatum, said: "This pay out is only possible thanks to the continued hard work and dedication of our store colleagues.
"They did a fantastic job serving millions of customers last year, often in challenging circumstances due to the pandemic, and their bonuses are well deserved."
Asda is currently embroiled in pay row with its lorry drivers, warehouse staff and clerical workers who voted this week to reject a pay offer.
Almost 70 per cent of the 8,000 Asda distribution staff who are members of GMB union turned down the below-inflation pay offer.
