Savvy shoppers are snapping up the perfect treat for Elf on the Shelf fans.
Asda is stocking sleepsuits which feature the new festive favourite for just £3.
The outfits come complete with hats and the low-cost price is whipping bargain hunters into a frenzy.
One excited eagle-eyed customer shared the find on Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK.
Posting a pic of the red pyjamas in her local store, she said: "Asda have these Elf on the Shelf sleepsuits and hat sets down to £3.
"Was gutted they didn't have one in my boys size but thought it would be ideal for anyone else with an elf."
The sleepsuits are a bright festive red with white cuffs and collar and a pointy elf hat.
With a print that says ‘Elf on the Shelf’, there’s also and a sweet wee elf emblem sewn on the foot of one of the legs.
The snap shows a reduced label on the cosy nightwear, taking them from £7 down to just £3.
Elf on the Shelf has become a major part of the Christmas calendar over the past few years.
Originating from a 2004 book, the story around the magical creature is he’s sent to "scout" out whether children are "naughty or nice".
Parents move the elf around to different positions of their home every night from December 1 to make it seem like he's popping up somewhere new and reporting back to Santa on how youngsters are behaving.
When he returns home to the North Pole, he tells Santa whether wee ones are on the naughty or nice list for Christmas.
