Asda bosses have shut down rumours of a fuel shortage at it's Grangemouth petrol station.
There were reports on social media yesterday morning, Thursday September, 23, of no diesel at the forecourt.
It's since been confirmed this was due to ongoing maintenance with the fuel pump, and nothing to do with a supply issue.
The supermarket says that despite problems with rival providers, all Asda stations remain fully stocked.
Yesterday, BP and Tesco confirmed some of its petrol stations have been forced to close because of a driver shortage.
An Asda spokesperson said: "The petrol pumps remain fully open, the diesel pumps are closed for maintenance and will be reopen as soon as the works are complete.
"This is certainly not due to a lack of fuel."
