Asda launches Eat Out to Help Out replacement deal for September

Asda has said its cafés will be continuing to discount food throughout September despite the Eat Out to Help Out scheme ending.

But rather than 50% off up to £10, Asda is offering 25% off everything instead.

It means full English breakfasts for £3.26, chips for 64p and hot kids' meals for £1.95.

Asda's Elizabeth Ruddiman said: “It’s been great to see so many customers enjoy the discounts over the past month, but we understand the cost of eating out can add up.

"In order to offer our customers more opportunities to eat out for less we are pleased to announce we are extending our discount to 25% off all food and drink all day every day throughout September.

"We hope our customers can treat themselves without having to worry about the price tag or the washing up.”

Asda also said it's reopening another 97 cafés, meaning the new 25% off all food and drink at Asda cafés works from today until 30 September in all 219 eateries.

Asda didn't take any Government money when knocking 50% off food in it's cafés Monday to Wednesday throughout August - instead funding the discount itself.

Some of Asda’s key deals include:

  • Breakfast Bap and hot drink - £1.88

  • Full English - £3.26

  • 16" Pizza - £4.50

  • Fish and Chips - £3.56

  • Toastie, Chips and a drink - £2.93

  • Chips - 64p

  • Hot Kids Meal - £1.95

  • Latte - £1.46

  • Sweet treat - 98p
