Asda’s new range of Jurassic World clothing has proved to be very popular - but some parents have got very cross about the sizing claiming their youngsters will be devastated. The new range includes dinosaur designs on sliders, jumpers, t-shirts and bedding - all aimed at youngsters.
Announcing the range on Facebook the supermarket said: “Hands up if you know a dino lover who’d love the latest Jurassic World collection Heading to watch it this week? Shop their movie ready favourites.”
But parents who wanted to buy the outfits for their children who have outgrown some of the younger child sizes. The sizes only go up to age 7 - despite the film being a 12A. The range starts at £4 for a t-shirt, and goes up to £15 for a backpack or duvet set, the MEN reports.

Marie Skinner said: “Shame they don’t go past a 7 year old when the film is a 12A. So frustrating trying to find stuff for daughter who loves Dinosaurs now she’s out of kids sizes!!” Sulee Hall responded: “I know exactly how you feel ! My 8 year old is just coming out of 7-8 but there’s naff all over age 8 for girls!”
Jon Davis asked: “Why can’t you do more in Adult Sizes????” Emma Benson slammed: “Why is it all for kids?!”
Laura L Gregg said: “Excuse me why are these only in children’s sizes?” On a different note, Kayleigh Manson quizzed: “Why no girl stuff?!”
The Manchester Evening News approached ASDA for comment.
