Lockdown is often the best time to spend doing up your home.
And with the help of Asda, you can now bag yourself a new table lamp that looks similar to ones sold in Next and Dunelm but for much less.
The supermarket showed off the Bulb Table Lamp on its George at Instagram page, in a picture by home style account @ourterrace.
The lamp is listed on the George website for £20 and comes in black or copper, the Liverpool Echo reports.
The industrial style table lamp, also come with an exposed bulb.
The contemporary lamp comes with a smaller price tag than similar versions by big name high street brands. Next has a version that will set you back £48. Its Houston Desk Lamp, is a similar shape but comes in a two tone black and brushed bronze colour, or is available in plain chrome.
Dunelm also has a similar style available at £32. The Marsden Nickel Industrial Table Lamp and Bulb is much like the George version, but with different shaped bulb and comes in a nickel colour rather than black.
Next and Dunelm stores are closed during lockdown but items are available for delivery and contact free Click and Collect.
However, Asda supermarkets remain open and people are allowed to go shopping when needing to stock up on essential items including food and medicine.
