Asda’s £1 toy mums are praising as ‘life changing’ and ‘amazing’

A mum has described a £1 toy she bought from Asda for her daughter as 'life-changing'.

Lauren Snaith shared a picture of the no-spill bubble bucket in the Family Lowdown Tips & Ideas Facebook group.

The 33-year-old posted a picture of her daughter holding the mini bucket upside down with the caption: "Life-changing. £1 Asda. Can easily be refilled again and again!"

The Kids Connection product costs £1 from Asda and means that kids can blow bubbles without all the mess that goes with it.

Lauren, who has a two-year-old daughter Maddalena, told the ECHO: "We use bubbles both indoor and out as it's one of my daughter's favourite activities. This is a game-changer, no more bubble spills on the carpet each day!

"I'm not sure what my daughter thinks as it's part of the fun for her!"

Lauren wasn't the only parent praising the toy.

One mum replied to her post: "These are brilliant! Mine LOVES them like LOVES them. And it goes nowhere. Best pound I've spent."

A second said: "I got one of these last week and chuffed with it!"

A third mum wrote: "I got 2 of these. I got a pink one and a blue one. My kids love them and I got a big bottle of bubbles to refill amazing and don't matter if kids knock them over they don't pour out."

Another mum added: "We got these last week for my 2yr old, brilliant."

Finally, one parent commented: "These are amazing!!!! Our daughter has one! Obviously, it will leak if you deliberately turn it upside down and try to get fluid out by shaking etc, but it's absolutely brilliant for those accidental spills that normally occur!!! Even if left upside down it doesn't leak! Perfect, especially for the price."

Lauren Snaith said that the toy was a game changer as it doesn't spill when it's upside down (Lauren Snaith)

But some parents warned to still be careful.

One mum replied: "It does spill I learnt the hard way, pack it upright in my son backpack. open it and it leaked."

A second said: "Just don't let them shake it upside down! Because it can come out! X"

A third wrote: "Unless you put them in a bag to come home and go to take them out to find they've leaked all over the bag and stuff that's in it but perfect if they are kept upright and not shaken about."
