And it even comes is a heart-shaped box in case you want to propose on Valentine's Day.
Okay, it's not emerald and diamond but it is ideal if you're on a serious budget.
Plus, the plastic sparkler has a silver-coloured band and an imitation diamond jewel.
This George Home Valentine's Engagement Ring is available to buy in Notts stores as well as Asda stores up and down the country and online.
The production description reads: "Share some love with this ring.
"With matching heart box."
It comes right in time for one of the most romantic day of the year - Monday, February 14.
One shopper has already spotted the ring in her local store, and the Mirror reports that she was "left stunned by the cheap ring".
The shopper joked: "For anyone who is wanting to propose this Valentine's Day.
"They do a really cute £1 ring in Asda.
"I wasn't expecting anything to be in the box to be honest.
"Thought it was just a ring box."
Other customer Amy Smith added: "That's crazy.
"Wonder what it's made of."
Catherine Fryer, events buyer at Asda says: “As the saying goes, it’s impossible to put a price on love but with the average cost of an engagement ring in the thousands, we wanted to offer our customers a more affordable version for 2022.”
