Asda is bracing itself for a busy few days as customers stock up in time for the New Year.
The supermarket had a hectic time of things in the run up to Christmas with shoppers clamouring for various last minute things and while New Year isn't expected to be quite as frantic, you can bet there will be plenty of business down on New Year's Eve as people shop for party food and drinks to see in 2020 in style.
Unlike on Christmas Day, when Asda stores remained closed nationwide, they will be open on New Year's Day but not to their normal operating hours.

New Year's Eve: 6am - 7pm or 7am - 7pm
New Year's Day: 10am - 5pm
