Christmas is on the way and for many of us that means festive treats galore.

If you're looking for the perfect teatime snack to help you get in the holiday spirit, then look no further as supermarket giant Asda is selling mince pie filled cookies that you can buy for a pocket-friendly price of just £1.

Available in a pack of four, the festive cookies are filled with delicious mincemeat and topped with a sweet dusting.

Sadly, these Christmassy treats aren't available to buy online - but you can find them at in store at Asda.

The budget supermarket is also selling mince pie-flavoured cookies without the mincemeat filling, which cost £1.50 for a pack of eight and are available online at asda.com .

These ones are made from an all-butter recipe and infused with French Brandy.

We've had a look for more mince pie filled cookies and Tesco is selling a pricier 180g tin for £4.

Meanwhile, Morrisons is selling a mince pie sandwich for £3 and it contains a lot of cheese.
