Asda has introduced rules when it comes to buying fireworks at its stores.
The decision comes after competitor supermarket Sainsbury's banned all sales of fireworks.
As Bonfire night draws closer each year complaints from the public as well as vets roll in, stating that fireworks are bad for the welfare of animals.

Although Asda has not banned all fireworks, they are now offering an alternative solution.
The superstore has stocked an assorted box of fountain fireworks with the description: "ideal for a low noise firework party."
The selection is called: " TNT Rainbow Low Noise Selection Box Fireworks" and is priced at only £10.
It comes with 12 fireworks in the box and can only be bought online from 15 October up until 10 November.
Other supermarkets are beginning to follow suit, helping to create a Bonfire night that is suitable for all.
Some members of the public took to Twitter to express how they feel about the shops making changes.
Emma posted: "As we’re coming up to bonfire night. Reminder that Asda are now selling low/no noise fireworks.
"If you’re going to use them, please consider these and respect the elderly, pets, young children that you may be affecting."
Lily said: "It’s not just animals that suffer from firework noise.
"If you’re buying fireworks, please, please buy silent/low noise ones."
