Asda George shoppers 'obsessed' over £16 dress with own Instagram account

Asda shoppers are going mad for the supermarket giant's new pink taffeta puff sleeve mini dress, costing £16 and with its own Instagram account.

The George brand dress has been shared on social media by Instagrammers who love the shiny pink item.

The dress has received so much love online that Asda has created an Instagram account solely to show off the £16 item.

Available in sizes six to 24, the dress is in the G21 range and features short puff sleeves and a square neckline.

The supermarket shared three different ways to wear the dress on its GeorgeatAsda Instagram account and the comments were very complimentary.

Stylemecurvy wrote: "Obsessed," with another saying: "This dress is everything"

A third wrote: "Yessss mine arrived yesterday and it's LOVE. (Also ordered the silver version as I have zero self control and it was a barg)"

And another said: "I've bought this for Christmas day as I'm hosting it this year"

Asda George unveiled its Tis The Season to Slay It campaign last week with an advert that shows someone going home for the holidays and expressing their true self in New York Ballroom Scene style.

The campaign was made to support an LGBTQIA+ charity.
