Asan N'Jie's vile and homophobic tweets exposed after he's sacked from Emmerdale

Axed Emmerdale star Asan N'Jie 's vile historic tweets have been exposed.

The actor has been sacked from the ITV soap following a shocking altercation with Jamie Lomas at this week's TV Choice Awards.

N'Jie threatened to "knife" and "kill" the Hollyoaks actor and threw a punch at him as he was held back.

Emmerdale bosses had no choice but to let him go, and now, vile tweets from his past have resurfaced.

N'Jie used homophobic slurs, called Coronation Street character Gail Platt a "s**g" and retweeted a joke about misogynistic violence.

The 25-year-old, who just joined the soap last year, sent a string of shocking tweets when he was an 18-year-old student.
