Every other week during the football season, thousands of fans pack Ashton Gate - many of them having travelled an awful long way to be there.
Away days can rank as some of the best in football, but what do traveling supporters think of Bristol City and Ashton Gate?

"It is mostly a modern stadium but still very unbalanced looking in certain parts. The atmosphere was good for a derby game and the atmosphere went up when about 800 Swansea fans arrived late due to the police holding them back in the city centre. I thought it was odd that the home supporters have a singing section as far away from the away fans as you could get. Ashton Gate is a proper old ground. Not a bad atmosphere inside but it is located miles away from the city centre."

"They’ve done a great job redeveloping the ground. However I felt the concourse in the away stand was a bit small, but nothing’s ever perfect. I loved the outside bar at the ground, I feel Bolton should have something like that as it lets fans of other clubs interact."

"The concourse is spacious below the stands with many bar/snack areas. I had a ticket for the Dolman Stand (£35, again a bit pricey), a good view from the upper tier though. Across from me was the massive Lansdown Stand joined onto the South Stand behind the goal. Even the Atyeo Stand behind the other goal is a decent sized stand that some other bigger clubs would be happy with. Overall an impressive stadium."

"The new West Stand is as impressive as they come. It is a large two-tiered which gives the ground a bigger club feel to it. The away end is the oldest stand but was more than adequate. Ashton Gate Stadium is an impressive stadium."
