Until Tuesday, Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant at Pullman Hotel G is presenting a series of wine and cheese tasting sessions with acclaimed French fromage master, Gerard Poulard.

Poulard has for more than 20 years travelled throughout the French countryside, unearthing the fascinating history and culture of cheese. He has received many prestigious awards, including The Order of Agricultural Merit, Le Cordon Bleu France, and the Prosper Montagné from Quality House, for his dexterity.
The cheese connoisseur has lately been in high demand, sharing his passion and knowledge with guests at some of the world's most prominent dining establishments.
Behind the cheeseboard, Poulard promises to impress and inspire, speaking of the unique flavours, textures and cheese-making techniques found across France. Guests meanwhile have the opportunity to savour his selection of cheese, as he encourages the exploration of lesser known varieties, helping all to find their perfect cheese-match in a culinary experience like no other.
The Bangkok event showcases a selection of more than 80 different variations of artisan French cheese, all handmade from the country's best boutique producers. They include brie de meaux aux truffes, Beaufort d'été AOP, Saint-Nectaire fermier, mimolette 18 months and Camembert jort along with French wines.
