Arthur Samuel was found in Burford road
(Picture: Google Maps)An 81-year-old man was found stabbed to death and his son has been charged with his murder.
Arthur Samuel was found suffering stab injuries at a house in Burford Road, Hither Green on Tuesday.
His son Frank Samuel, 54, who lives two miles away from the scene has been charged with the murder.
He is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
A Met Police spokesman said: “Officers were called at 9.45am on Tuesday to Burford Road, SE6 and found Arthur Samuel with stab wounds.
“Despite the efforts of paramedics, he died at the scene.”
