Arter, Freeman, Knockaert - Nottingham Forest fans dish out brutal end of season player ratings

The scale of disappointment felt by fans in Nottingham Forest's season has clearly been borne out in our end of season player ratings.

More than 1,800 supporters took part in our survey to rate the Reds and the numbers they sent back do not make for good reading for most.

Only three players averaged a score of over seven, with James Garner (8.06) topping the pile ahead of Joe Worrall (7.89) and Scott McKenna (7.13).

At the other end of the scale, Harry Arter was the lowest rated player, with votes averaging out at just 2.81 out of 10 for the former Bournemouth midifielder, who featured just 14 times and has admitted his disappointment over how the move has panned out so far.

In total, six players scored lower than four with only one of them - Jack Colback - looking like he could have a future at the club as a first team player.
