Arshad Warsi sells Lonkhandwala property at three times profit: Jolly LLB star bought shop at Rs 2 crore in 2012 and sold at Rs 6 crore

Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi has sold a commercial shop in Mumbai's Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, for Rs 6.25 crore, nearly three times the price he paid for the property in 2012, reports TOI.

According to property registration documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm Liases Foras, the sale deed was registered with the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration on July 1, 2026. The buyer, Umang Rajkumar Budhraja, paid Rs 37.50 lakh as stamp duty for the transaction.

Property valued at nearly Rs 91,400 per sq ft

The commercial shop has a carpet area of 63.87 square metres (684 sq ft). Based on the registered sale value of Rs 6.25 crore, the transaction translates to a rate of nearly Rs 91,400 per sq ft of carpet area.

The documents identify Umang Rajkumar Budhraja as the purchaser of the property.

The registration records for Arshad Warsi's Lokhandwala property show that the ground-floor commercial property was purchased in February 2012 for more than Rs 2.12 crore.

At the time of purchase, he paid stamp duty of over Rs 10 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
