Arsene Wenger picture special: The iconic images that would be perfect for Arsenal statue

Arsene Wenger is one of the most important men in the history of Arsenal.

His arrival in North London brought with it a new era of the Premier League, as the Gunners picked up three titles in his first eight years, culminating with the incredible Invincibles season in 2003/04.

However, a barren period followed in regards to the league as Wenger was forced to balance limited funds with a move to the Emirates Stadium in 2006.

Over the next 12 years, Arsenal picked up a number of FA Cups, but found an increasingly divided fan base as the Gunners failed to regularly compete in title races.
