Arsene Wenger on the big weakness in Tottenham's Champions League final line-up vs Liverpool

Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has highlighted a big problem in Mauricio Pochettino's side ahead of the Champions League final against Liverpool.

The two Premier League titans clash in Madrid's Wanda Metropolitano Stadium to compete for the biggest prize available in club football, where Liverpool are seen as the favourites.

Pochettino named a very strong starting line-up for the match, which included the return of Harry Kane in attack, but Wenger believes that there could be issues defensively against the Reds ' formidable attacking line.

"I think Tottenham in the Champions League are the team that conceded the most goals and for me they're a bit open defensively. Defensively they could have problems against the attacking force of Liverpool," he told BeIN Sports.

"Liverpool this season have scored 89 goals, conceded 22. Tottenham 67, conceded 39, so defensively they have a problem and tonight that might come out."

Former Chelsea and Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho agreed with Wenger's view, adding that the main problem for the Lilywhites could be posed by the opposing full-backs.

"My opinion is his opinion. If Tottenham forget about Alexander-Arnold and Robertson, they are very aggressive going forward, and then in front they have Salah and Mane coming inside and opening the spaces. I think Tottenham can have many problems," he added.
