Arsenal full-back Jordi Osei-Tutu is set to complete a loan move to join Cardiff City for the duration of the 2020/21 season.
The Welsh side have been eyeing a move for a new right-sided defender and are closing in on getting their man, our sister site WalesOnline reports.
Osei-Tutu has travelled from London to Cardiff to complete a medical with the Championship side ahead of his season-long spell in South Wales.
It would mark the second season in a row that the 21-year-old has spent time away on loan from Arsenal, having caught the eye with German second-division outfit VFL Bochum last term.
An attack-minded full-back, capable of playing in a more advanced role where required, Osei-Tutu will now have the opportunity to earn significant experience with the Bluebirds.
He could face a regular battle for a starting berth, however, as the report adds that Neil Harris' side are looking at an additional full-back and may make a move for former loanee Dion Sanderson.
The Berkshire-born defender is yet to make a senior debut for Arsenal but his loan spell could be the next step in his path to the first-team.
