Arsenal XI vs Leeds: Confirmed team news, predicted lineup and latest injuries for FA Cup clash

Mikel Arteta must strike a balancing act between freshening up his Arsenal team after the gruelling Christmas period and selecting a team capable of beating the Championship leaders in the one domestic competition they can win.

Calum Chambers has been ruled out for up to nine months following knee surgery and that could help Rob Holding make his first start since November 6, having recovered from his own knee complaint to make the bench against Manchester United.

Sead Kolasinac limped out of that win and is likely to sit out while youngster Joe Willock may be given a chance to impress if Arteta chooses to freshen up his midfield.

Eddie Nketiah has returned from his loan spell at Leeds but were the striker to feature on Monday, he would be ineligible to go out on loan again this season.

Both Hector Bellerin and Gabriel Martinelli face late fitness tests on hamstring injuries. A third hamstring victim, Dani Ceballos, is closing in on a return.
