Arsenal XI vs Chelsea: Starting lineup, confirmed team news and injury latest for Premier League today

Bukayo Saka, William Saliba and Leandro Trossard all feature for Arsenal against Chelsea today.

The trio all stayed at Arsenal during the international break due to respective injuries and were due to be assessed on Friday before a decision is made.

Saka has been out since the start of October after injuring his hamstring against Lens in the Champions League.

“He has been working so hard to be fit for this game and let’s see where he is at today,” Arteta said on Friday morning.

“He had a couple of days off that he needed as well, but the rest [of the international break] has not been rest for him because he needed to do the treatment and train, and get ready to be available against Chelsea.

“I’m sure he wants to play. I don’t see any player there that doesn’t want to be in the starting XI.”

Arsenal beat Manchester City in their last game before the international break, but Arteta could make changes nonetheless.

Gabriel Martinelli, who came off the bench to score the winner also starts.
