Arsenal will be sweating on the fitness of captain Laurent Koscielny ahead of Sunday's Premier League visit of Southampton.

The defender limped off during Thursday's 3-0 Europa League win over BATE Borisov and could miss the clash against struggling Saints.

Striker Alexandre Lacazette is available after missing that victory through suspension while midfielder Ainsley Maitland-Niles will be hoping to overcome illness to be involved as forward Danny Welbeck (ankle), right-back Hector Bellerin and defender Rob Holding (both knee) remain sidelined.

Meanwhile, Southampton's teenage forward Michael Obafemi will be in contention.

The 18-year-old, who has not featured since December 22, has returned to training following a thigh injury.

Midfielder Mario Lemina (abdominal) and striker Danny Ings (hamstring) remain unavailable to Saints boss Ralph Hasenhuttl.
