Arsenal face their toughest pre-season test yet as the Gunners take on Real Madrid in the International Champions Cup at midnight (UK time) on Wednesday morning.
Unai Emery's side have won their three opening pre-season games against Colorado Rapids (3-0), Bayern Munich (2-1) and Fiorentina (3-0), while Real were played off the park in a 3-1 loss to Bayern.
Having rotated his starting XI in three games so far - youth vs Colorado, first team vs Bayern, and back to youth vs Fiorentina - it is likely that Emery will revert to his core players against Real.
Eddie Nketiah could be in with a chance of starting in front of Henrikh Mkhitaryan having scored four times in pre-season, while Shkodran Mustafi would be in danger of losing his role if Emery had any more centre-back options.
As for Los Blancos, Zinedine Zidane is likely to shake things up, and could hand Luka Jovic a full debut. Rodrygo impressed off the bench vs Bayern with a fine free-kick, and could get the nod.
Gareth Bale is extremely unlikely to feature for Real, who are attempting to sell the Welsh forward as the relationship between the club and player looks like reaching breaking point.
