Arsenal vs Man City: Odds and predictions with Gabriel Jesus tipped to flourish in Sergio Aguero's absence

Arsenal and Manchester City were both in European action in midweek.

But while Arsenal scrambled a late draw - on Thursday, City sauntered to a comfortable win in a dead rubber - on Wednesday.

Will the extra day's preparation make a difference? We asked out City expert Charlotte Duncker for her verdict.

Win, lose or draw?

City to win. After the disappointment of the derby they put in a dominant performance in the Champions League in a game that was a dead rubber. They're 4/9 to do just that with thepools.com.

Who's a good bet for 1st scorer?

Gabriel Jesus. With Sergio Aguero still out injured it's down to the Brazilian to lead the line again and he'll be full of confidence after his hat-trick on Wednesday night. He's 10/3 to score the first goal and 4/5 to score at any time.

Who's on the naughty step? (first yellow card)

Fernandinho. He's already had one red and two yellow cards this season and his change in position to defence means he's susceptible to a last ditch tackle.

Who's on pens?

Jesus. Similar to the first goal scorer answer, with Sergio Aguero out it's the Brazilian who should be on spot kick duty. Which makes that 10/3 even more attractive.

Will City keep a clean sheet?

No. City have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last 10 games in all competitions and have looked weak at the back with Laporte out. Unlikely they'll keep a clean against Arsenal.   Both Teams To Score is a measly 4/9 , but City to win and BTTS is a much bigger 13/10 .
