Arsenal vs Chelsea LIVE: Latest score and updates as Unai Emery and Maurizio Sarri go head to head in Dublin

Arsenal and Chelsea meet in their final International Champions Cup game in Dublin as their new managers look to hone their sides ahead of the new season.

Unai Emery's Arsenal beat Paris Saint-Germain 5-1 last week and look to be in good shape as they approach what is a Premier League baptism of fire against Manchester City on 12 August.

Maurizio Sarri's Chelsea face City on Sunday in the Community Shield, so the Italian will be keen to get his side atuned to his style of play as soon as possible.

Live Updates

20:14
7 min: It's been a positive preseason so far for Arsenal but I'd be slightly concerned by that lacklustre set-piece, very much of the late-Wenger vintage.
20:14
It may only be a friendly but Unai Emery was furious with the lax defending which led to that Chelsea goal. He stormed across his technical area to berate his defence, and his shouts could be heard from the press box, which is up in the gods high in the top tier. Which admittedly doesn't say much about the atmosphere.
GOAL!
20:12

GOAL! Arsenal 0-1 Chelsea (Rudiger)

5 min: From the corner, Fabregas floats in a bit of a nothing ball towards the penalty spot and Rudiger is given far too much time and space to put his forehead through it, spearing it past Cech and into the far corner.
20:10
4 min: Fabregas has a thwack at goal, which is tipped over by Petr Cech. In a timewarp that would have been Arsenal shooting against Chelsea.

The game kicks off!

Arsenal vs Chelsea in Dublin. What a time to be alive.
20:03
The players come out to a horrific piece of 90s techno pop and it's almost time for kick-off.

Both sides wearing their home kits: Chelsea in all blue, Arsenal in red and white.
19:59
Still a fair few empty seats ahead of kick-off...

Perhaps unsurprisingly, this game hasn't sold anywhere near as well as Liverpool's clash with Napoli here this weekend.
19:52
Callum Hudson-Odoi has been handed another chance to impress for Chelsea ahead of the start of the new season.

The teenager was one of Chelsea's better players against Inter Milan last week, only to immediately learn he was unlikely to feature this season.

‘I don’t know if they will play this season in the Premier League,’ Sarri said of Hudson-Odoi and team-mate Ethan Ampadu. ‘But I know that these names will be very famous in the next years.'

He starts in a front three alongside Spain internationals Pedro and Alvaro Morata.

Arsenal have named a noticeably strong starting eleven, with Unai Emery sticking with the 4-2-3-1 that worked so well against Paris Saint-Germain.

But this time Aaron Ramsey will be used in a more advanced role, with Mohamed Elneny partnered with youngster Matteo Guendouzi in defensive midfield.

The summer signing had an impressive game against PSG, although it’s unlikely the likes of Jorginho and Cesc Fabregas will give him as much time to dwell on the ball as a half-interested Adrien Rabiot.

19:30

The teams!

Arsenal: Cech, Bellerin, Mustafi, Sokratis, Kolasinac, Elneny, Ramsey, Guendouzi, Mkhitaryan, Aubameyang, Ozil
Subs: Leno, Chambers, Holding, Mavropanos, Maitland-Niles, Nelson, Smith Rowe, Iwobi, Nketiah and Lacazette

Chelsea: Caballero, Azpilicueta, David Luiz, Rudiger, Alonso, Jorginho, Fabregas, Barkley, Pedro, Hudson-Odoi, Morata
Subs: Bulka, Green, Zappacosta, Ampadu, Christensen, Emerson, Moses, Drinkwater, Loftus-Cheek, Bakayoko, Piazon, Abraham
