Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang grabbed the winner as Arsenal overcame a stubborn Burnley to maintain their winning start in the Premier League with a 2-1 victory at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday.
Alexandre Lacazette put the Gunners ahead in the 13th minute collecting a low corner from Dani Ceballos and showing great strength to turn marker Erik Pieters before driving through the legs of Burnley keeper Nick Pope.
Burnley responded well, however, and drew level two minutes before the break when a low effort from Dwight McNeil fell to Ashley Barnes in the box and the Clarets striker kept his composure to claim his third goal of the season.
Unai Emery brought on club-record signing Nicolas Pepe at the break and the home side put Burnley under real pressure.
Pope did well to keep out efforts from Aubameyang and the hugely impressive Ceballos and it was that pair who combined for the winner.
Ceballos won the ball in the Burnley half and fed the Gabonese forward who burst goalwards before cutting inside and beating Pope with a fine drive.

So David Luiz makes his Gunners debut while Dani Ceballos - he of Real Madrid fame - also starts for the first time.
There's still no room for £72m man Nicolas Pepe, however. He will surely feature a little later on though.

Well, Arsenal tell us that Granit Xhaka misses out with a back problem while Mesut Ozil has been judged to not be fit enough for the game.

Much of the focus will all be on Arsenal's new boy David Luiz today after his controversial £8m deadline day move from Chelsea.
But while much of the attention may lean towards how the two can help reinforce Arsenal in defence, one of the Brazilian's greatest strengths is his ability to play the ball out of the back and a ranging crossfield through-ball to the wingers. With the pace of Reiss Nelson and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang up front, that could be a new weapon to watch out for in this revamped Arsenal side.

2 min: A positive start from Burnley who break forward down the right wing, skipping past David Luiz in the process, before Ainsley Mailand-Niles scrambles to head the cross clear.
5 min: Hair-raising play at the back for Arsenal as Luiz whips a pass across the face of his own goal and Burnley charge down Sokratis and Maitland-Niles.
Arsenal manage to play their way out intricately though and it falls to Ceballos on the edge of the box who whips a shot towards the far corner. It floats harmlessly wide but that's encouraging from Arsenal.
8 min: Luiz displaying the type of quarterback pass that was so dangerous under Maurizio Sarri last season.
Hanging back he targets Aubameyang on the right wing and it lands perfectly at the striker's feet in acres of space. Burnley scamper to close down the danger but that's the sign already about the new threat the Brazilian brings to this side.
GOAL! Arsenal 1-0 Burnley (Lacazette, 12)
It all started from that Luiz through ball. After Burnley usher the ball out for a corner, Ceballos whips in a cross that ricochets and lands at the feet of Lacazette by the near post who shows great strength and poise to turn the defender and squirm room for a shot that zips through the legs of Pope. The perfect start for Emery's side.
16 min: Perhaps Arsenal might have expected Burnley to be set up slightly tighter but Emery's side are doing so well to consistently unpick space in the opening 15 minutes. The ability to rely on Luiz's through ball has forced Burnley to sit off slightly while Ceballos is already impressing in the centre of midfield.
The first goal at the Emirates this season:
20 min: A couple of nervous moments at the back for Arsenal. First it's a dangerous ball in from Westwood that immediately wreaks confusion between Luiz and Leno. It's cleared for a corner which falls to Barnes whose shot is saved brilliantly by Leno. The linesman belatedly raises his flag.
Moments later, Leno flaps at a corner and Luiz clears the ball off the line.
24 min: A few rickety moments for Arsenal who've sat back a bit since taking the lead. Willock shows his inexperience losing the ball on the breakaway while Nelson has struggled at times to cover his flank.
28 min: Gudmundsson crosses from the right and McNeil brings the ball down. He tries to lay it off to Barnes but it's poor and cut out by Maitland-Niles. However the full-back slips comically and goes out for a corner. From the corner Burnley get a shot off but it's blocked and the danger is cleared.
Moments later and Ceballos captures the oohs and aahs of the crowd as he weaves and roulettes his way across the midfield.
