Arsenal captain Laurent Koscielny is expected to be fit for Sunday's Premier League visit of Brighton.
The France international came off in the 3-1 Europa League semi-final first leg win over Valencia on Thursday but is in contention to face the Seagulls.
Nacho Monreal replaced Koscielny and could come in from the start having overcome his own calf problem, while Danny Welbeck (ankle), Hector Bellerin and Rob Holding (both knee) are all out for the season.
Konstantinos Mavropanos is contention to come into the side to partner countryman Sokratis at the back if Unai Emery elects to rest Koscielny.
Meanwhile, Brighton winger Jose Izquierdo will be absent for Sunday's trip to north London.
The Colombia winger has suffered a knee injury and joins Holland midfielder Davy Propper (hamstring) on the sidelines.
Record signing Alireza Jahanbakhsh could return to Albion's squad after being left out against Newcastle last weekend.
