Arsenal endured a rough 2019/20 campaign but the hope is that they can considerably improve during the upcoming campaign.

Swap deal bid to land Aouar
Lyon are yet to respond to an offer from Arsenal for Houssem Aouar, per reports.
The French club are expected to sell the 22-year-old midfielder this summer.
But only Arsenal have reached out formally so far, with reports stating that the Ligue 1 have not responded to the Gunners yet.
This offer was Matteo Guendouzi plus cash for the playmaker. Juventus are also interested in the player.
Gabriel update
Arsenal are said to be 'closer than ever' to signing Gabriel from Lille as the French club plan to make a decision shortly.
The Gunners have agreed a £22 million fee for the defender but face stiff competition from Napoli and Everton, who have both reportedly had offers agreed too.
But Arsenal are reported to be very close to a deal, which could come in the 'coming hours'. That's according to French publication L’Equipe, per Sport Witness.
"I think he has narrowed it down," Lille president Gerard Lopez also told talkSPORT. "I think it's fair to say that Arsenal is of high interest to him, Napoli is of high interest to him.
Sanson to Arsenal link
Morgan Sanson has been linked with a move to Arsenal during the summer transfer window.
The Marseille midfielder is a target for the Gunners, according to the French press.
The report also states that Sanson is interested in a move to the Emirates.
