Arsenal endured a mixed 2019/20 campaign as they finished eighth in the Premier League but won the FA Cup.
This past season was an example of how much the club needs to improve and the summer transfer window is now a big period for the Gunners.
Mikel Arteta is planning to rebuild the side and naturally that means Arsenal have been linked with a number of top players.
Here is the latest transfer rumours round-up on Arsenal.
How Coutinho's future will be decided
Barcelona have confirmed how Philippe Coutinho's future will be decided.
Arsenal are interested in Coutinho after Bayern Munich made the decision that they will not make his loan deal permanent.
Coutinho appears to be surplus to requirements at Barcelona ahead of next season and now the club's president Josep Maria Bartomeu has spoken out about transfers in relation to the 28-year-old Brazilian midfielder and confirmed new boss Ronald Koeman will have the final say.
"The head coach will make the decision," said Bartomeu, per Mirror Football.
"There are various non-transferable players like (Marc Andre) Ter Stegen, (Clement) Lenglet, (Nelson) Semedo, (Frenkie) De Jong, (Antoine) Griezmann, (Ousmane) Dembele... players we are counting on in the future.
"Messi, meanwhile, is untouchable and non-transferable. He knows it, we all know it."
Gabriel to Arsenal delay
Arsenal are hopeful of completing a deal to sign Gabriel Magalhaes from Lille.
The Gunners have agreed a fee of £22 million for the defender's services.
Everton and Napoli are also interested in the 22-year-old Brazilian, but Arsenal are close to a deal and are now waiting for the player to respond to their contract offer.
Man City may deal Arsenal transfer blow
Manchester City could deal Arsenal a potential transfer blow after considering a £60 million decision.
City are looking to strengthen their defence ahead of the 2020/21 Premier League campaign and are preparing an offer for Kalidou Koulibaly.
But Napoli are only willing to sell Koulibaly this summer so they can then fund a deal for Gabriel as a replacement, something which could potentially be a blow as Arsenal attempt to get a deal over the line for the latter.
