Here's all the news from around the Emirates Stadium over the past 24 hours.
Arteta responds to Ozil statement
Mikel Arteta has insisted Mesut Ozil was given every chance to prove himself before his exclusion from Arsenal’s Premier League squad.
The 32-year-old has not played for the club since March and is out of contract at the end of this season.
Ozil released a statement yesterday in which he vowed to “keep fighting” for his future, and the Arsenal boss subsequently responded to that.
“Everybody is free to express his feeling,” Arteta said in his pre-match press conference ahead of tonight’s Europa League game against Rapid Vienna.
“That's just a football decision that my conscience is really calm.
“I've been really fair with him, my level of communication with him has been really high. He has had opportunities like everybody else. I'm sad I had to leave three players out of this list.
“I want the best possible Mesut. In some moments I was able to get close to that. I take full responsibility, I have to be the one getting the best out of the players. It's my responsibility.”
Arsenal missing three players for Europa League opener
Arsenal will be without Willian, Rob Holding, and Dani Ceballos for tonight’s trip to Rapid Vienna.
Holding missed Saturday’s Premier League defeat against Manchester City and is expected to be out for around three weeks with a hamstring injury.
Shkodran Mustafi will take his place in the squad for the Europa League opener.

Ceballos and Willian have not travelled to Austria and will be assessed before Arsenal’s return to Premier League action.
Youngsters impress in training as Mustafi and Chambers return
Bukayo Saka and Reiss Nelson caught the eye in training for Arsenal before the Europa League clash with Rapid Vienna, and there were several other noteworthy moments.
Mustafi and Calum Chambers also returned to action at London Colney, with both expected to be in contention to play in tonight’s game.
Ozil, meanwhile, showed glimpses of his exceptional talent, even if he is only eligible to play in domestic cup competitions and for the Under-23s.
