Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey just had a very special first day at Juventus and a familiar face caught his eye

Aaron Ramsey has enjoyed a very special day at Juventus, taking his eldest son on a behind-the-scenes tour at the Allianz Stadium.

After departing Arsenal following an 11-year stay, a new chapter in the Wales talisman's career sees him join the Italian giants ahead of next season.

And, in touching footage shared on Instagram, the 28-year-old can be seen showing his eldest, Sonny, around the home of his new football club, taking to the sun-kissed pitch of the 41,500-seater stadium for the first time together.

Ramsey , who is also dad to seven-month-old twin boys , and Sonny also visited the club's dressing room and impressive trophy cabinet.

It is there that Ramsey pays homage to John Charles, widely regarded as Wales' greatest-ever footballer. Charles, who won 38 caps for Wales, was the first Welshman to go and play for the Italian giants and earned legendary status with the Turin-based outdit.

Ramsey has been getting acquainted with his new club before his Arsenal contract officially expires this summer.

It appears the Welshman has been in Italy for a few days, having attended their last game of the season against Atalanta at the weekend to cheer on his new team-mates.

Ramsey's final season with the Gunners was curtailed by a hamstring injury, but he is set to travel to Baku to watch his team-mates face Chelsea in the Europa League final next week.

Arsenal gave Ramsey a final farewell fitting of a club legend earlier this month at the Emirates Stadium, when he broke down in tears during a presentation on the pitch.
